About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic English educators to deliver K‑12 lessons following the US curriculum to students worldwide via a fully remote platform.

Key responsibilities

Teach English grammar, reading, writing and literature to K‑12 learners.
Conduct live virtual classes during the 02:00 AM‑08:00 AM IST shift.
Manage virtual classroom behavior and engagement.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Align lesson content with US academic standards and ESL best practices.
Maintain attendance and performance records.

Required profile

1–3 years of teaching experience, preferably online or international.
Fluent English with excellent command of grammar and literature.
Ability to work the specified early‑morning IST shift.
Reliable high‑speed internet connection and required hardware (laptop/PC, webcam, headset).

Required skills

Virtual classroom management.
Familiarity with US academic standards and ESL instruction.
