About the role

We are seeking a dedicated On Site Supervisor to lead the execution of interior projects across various locations outside Chennai. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, ensuring work aligns with design specifications, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day‑to‑day site operations.
• Monitor interior work execution according to drawings and specifications.
• Manage labor, vendors, and material logistics on site.
• Maintain quality control and ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Prepare and present site progress updates and reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site handling and interior project supervision.
• Strong knowledge of interior detailing and execution processes.
• Ability to independently manage workforce and site activities.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites outside Chennai.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
