Omnichannel Marketing Specialist (B2C)

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Omnichannel Marketing Specialist to accelerate the growth of our B2C product through highly targeted lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS/RCS and WhatsApp. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution of automated customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and continuously optimise automated omnichannel flows (welcome series, abandoned‑cart, lifecycle campaigns) using Netcore’s automation and journey builder.
• Drive customer engagement and retention by delivering personalised, channel‑specific messages.
• Create and manage WhatsApp Business API campaigns, including template messaging, chatbots and conversational journeys.
• Leverage SMS/RCS for time‑sensitive, high‑impact use cases, ensuring the right message reaches the right channel at the right time.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance optimisation across all channels.
• Collaborate with product, design and marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging and user experience.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in B2C omnichannel marketing (email, SMS/RCS, WhatsApp).
• Strong expertise with Netcore, including hands‑on workflow creation.
• Proven experience with WhatsApp Business API and RCS messaging platforms.
• Solid background in customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation and data‑driven decision making.
• Understanding of channel‑specific compliance requirements (e.g., WhatsApp template approval, SMS opt‑in regulations).
