About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Officer (Level C) to perform a variety of upkeep tasks across our facilities. The role involves hands‑on work in painting, carpentry, varnishing and masonry, ensuring that all equipment and structures remain in optimal condition.
Key responsibilities
- Execute maintenance services in painting, carpentry, and component replacement, cleaning and refurbishment.
- Attend and complete service orders from residential units and internal departments.
- Perform varnishing and masonry work as required.
- Adhere strictly to safety and environmental regulations while carrying out tasks.

- Transportation allowance with shuttle service in Canavieiras, Ilhéus and Una.
