About the role
Join Surbana Jurong as a Resident Engineer focusing on precast concrete projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality execution of infrastructure and transportation structures.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor precast concrete works, including casting, quality inspection, transportation, lifting and erection.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, design teams and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor quality, safety and compliance of precast activities.
- Review inspection requests, test reports and relevant QA/QC documentation.
- Track site progress, identify issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Prepare regular site progress and inspection reports.
Required profile
- Strong experience in precast and infrastructure/transportation projects.
- Good knowledge of structural drawings, QA/QC and site execution.
- Experience in Metro/Railway/Bridge/Viaduct projects is an advantage.
