About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and act as the central hub for client interactions, RFP processes, invoicing and cross‑functional coordination. Based in Noida (Sector 62), you will ensure a smooth, professional environment that supports both internal teams and external clients.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client communications, maintain accurate interaction records, and nurture long‑term relationships.
- Track all critical project, client and submission deadlines using calendars and reminder systems, and flag upcoming deliverables to internal stakeholders.
- Receive, review and manage RFPs, coordinate end‑to‑end response processes, and maintain a repository of templates and past responses.
- Liaise with technical, sales and leadership teams to gather inputs, consolidate content and produce polished client‑ready documents.
- Prepare, dispatch and follow up on client invoices, track payment status and coordinate with finance for billing reconciliation.
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations including supplies, vendor management, courier services, facility upkeep and document filing.
- Support senior management with administrative tasks, travel bookings, meeting coordination and visitor management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
- Age between 25 and 30 years.
- Full‑time availability and willingness to work on‑site in Noida.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
