About the role

JOSHI & SHAH is seeking a dedicated Office Housekeeping Staff member to join its Bharuch office on a full‑time basis. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize office areas, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common spaces daily.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and dispose of waste according to established schedules.
• Organise cleaning supplies and replenish consumables such as paper towels and soap.
• Perform basic laundry duties for office linens, including washing, drying, and folding.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Interact courteously with colleagues and visitors while following health‑and‑safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven ability to carry out housekeeping tasks and maintain hygiene standards.
• Experience with office‑based laundry duties.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and clear communication skills.
• Willingness to attend training on firm‑specific procedures and safety practices.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and good time‑management.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, lift light loads, and use cleaning equipment safely.
