About the role
LightHouse Properties is seeking a reliable Office Assistant to support daily administrative functions and basic financial operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are detail‑oriented and eager to grow within a construction‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative and office support tasks.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation.
- Handle data entry and generate basic reports.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and coordinate internal communications.
- Deposit cheques in the bank and keep accurate transaction records.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for cheque status updates.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of important documents.
Required profile
- Any graduate (any field).
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Ability to handle financial documents carefully.
