About the role

Hegde Hospital is seeking a full‑time Obstetrics and Gynecology Consultant to join its dedicated team in Hyderabad. The role involves delivering high‑quality obstetric care, performing deliveries and surgeries, and ensuring the well‑being of pregnant patients throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric care, including antenatal consultations and post‑natal follow‑up.
• Perform normal and assisted deliveries, ensuring safety for mother and newborn.
• Conduct gynecological surgeries and laparoscopic procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary hospital staff to maintain exemplary patient care standards.
• Stay current with advancements and best practices in obstetrics and gynecology.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS) with a postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (MD/MS).
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Relevant hospital experience, including deliveries and surgical procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and effective problem‑solving skills.
