About the role

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Nursing Officer to join its clinical team. The role involves delivering high‑quality nursing care, assessing patient health problems, and supporting recovery in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms accurately.
• Administer medication and treatment as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients' health status and report changes promptly.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure bedside care standards.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment safely.
• Participate in regular in‑service education and training.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and GNM Nursing/BSc Nursing/M.Sc Nursing.
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Team‑building and coordination skills.
• Initiative, moral support, and a patient‑focused approach.
