About the role

Mercor is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to join a short‑term AI research consultancy. This remote contract position lasts 3–4 weeks and offers flexible hours while contributing to cutting‑edge machine‑learning projects in the nursing domain.

Key responsibilities

Create deliverables that address common requests in the nursing field.
Review and improve peer‑developed deliverables to support AI research.
Diagnose real‑world nursing issues and propose solutions that advance machine‑learning systems.
Work independently on your schedule, delivering high‑quality outputs.
Provide domain expertise to help shape innovative AI applications.

Required profile

Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Nurse Practitioner or in a related clinical role.
Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling.
Ability to start immediately and commit 30–40 hours per week.
