Nurse Practitioner – Full or Part‑Time Urban Locum

About the role

WELL Health is seeking Nurse Practitioners to join its Cedar Hills Medical Clinic on a full‑time or part‑time urban locum basis. The practice offers a modern, renovated space within a busy shopping complex and supports both in‑person and virtual care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full‑scope family practice services to a diverse patient population.
• Deliver care through walk‑in appointments, scheduled visits, and telehealth platforms.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, pediatricians, physiotherapists, and other allied health providers.
• Utilize Accuro EMR for documentation and patient management.
• Participate in a smooth transition of practice with support from clinic management and administrative staff.

Required profile

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner qualified to practice full‑scope family medicine.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, either full‑time or part‑time.
• Comfortable with both in‑clinic and virtual/telehealth service delivery.
• Ability to integrate into a collaborative, collegiate clinic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Accuro EMR.
