About the role

Join a leading Indian healthcare provider as a Nurse Assistant, delivering direct patient care and supporting clinical teams in a hospital environment. You will assist with assessments, treatments, and health education while maintaining accurate medical records.

Key responsibilities

• Record patients' medical history and symptoms.
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients' health status and report changes.
• Provide bedside care and support to patients and families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies.
• Operate and care for medical equipment.
• Attend regular in‑service education sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing.
• 3 months to 5 years of nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Team‑building and coordination skills.
• Initiative and compassionate patient approach.
• Basic computer literacy.
