About the role
Join a leading Indian healthcare provider as a Nurse Assistant, delivering direct patient care and supporting clinical teams in a hospital environment. You will assist with assessments, treatments, and health education while maintaining accurate medical records.
Key responsibilities
- Record patients' medical history and symptoms.
- Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
- Monitor patients' health status and report changes.
- Provide bedside care and support to patients and families.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies.
- Operate and care for medical equipment.
- Attend regular in‑service education sessions.
Required profile
- Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing.
- 3 months to 5 years of nursing experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Team‑building and coordination skills.
- Initiative and compassionate patient approach.
- Basic computer literacy.
