About the role

We are looking for a Pharmacy Staff member to join our team at Hoàn Mỹ. The role involves receiving prescriptions, verifying information, and dispensing medication to patients covered by health insurance as well as private patients.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review prescriptions, check patient eligibility, and dispense medication according to insurance (BHYT) and private requirements.
• Provide direct counseling to patients and their families on dosage, timing, storage, and special precautions for medication use at home.
• Validate health insurance prescriptions, reconcile dispensing data using the hospital information system (HIS).
• Manage outpatient pharmacy inventory, monitor expiration dates, and prepare daily/weekly replenishment plans.

Required profile

• Minimum associate degree in pharmacy.
• Preferably prior experience in pharmacy operations.
• Possession of a professional practice certificate.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with hospital management software.
