Network Architect – IDC

About the role

Oracle is seeking a Network Architect for its IDC division. You will design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs that support databases, applications, tools, and networks. This role blends deep technical expertise with strategic guidance to shape Oracle’s networking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve standard practices and procedures within the software engineering division.
• Suggest and justify product directions within approved frameworks.
• Specify, design, and develop software for new projects according to detailed specifications.
• Provide consultative software guidance and strategic direction for the development, design, and debugging of applications and operating systems.

Required profile

• Member of a software engineering team with a focus on networking solutions.
• Ability to define responsibilities for new projects and drive standardization.
• Experience in providing strategic technical guidance and consulting.
• Career level indicated as IC6 within Oracle’s hierarchy.
