Multiskilled Technician – Central Kitchen & Catering

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Multiskilled Technician to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and utilities across our Central Kitchen, Banquets, and Catering areas. The role combines hands‑on work in electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, and kitchen equipment maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment.
• Handle plumbing repairs, including water supply and drainage.
• Maintain and repair refrigeration units, cold storage, and cooling systems.
• Ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning).
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, burners, and dishwashers.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain maintenance logs and report issues to the supervisor.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or a related field.
• Certification in HVAC or Refrigeration is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of safety, hygiene and compliance standards.
