Multiple PMC Roles for Solar Project in Khavda, Gujarat

About the role

Archer Business Solution Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Solar Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for a utility‑scale renewable energy project located in Khavda, Gujarat. The company is hiring senior professionals across multiple functions to deliver the project on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project delivery for solar, wind, BESS and evacuation works.
• Manage contracts, claims, and commercial negotiations with EPC contractors and vendors.
• Oversee supply‑chain activities, material logistics and procurement planning.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Control engineering documents, drawings and change orders through an EDMS.
• Supervise on‑site construction activities, quality inspections and safety compliance.
• Provide technical coordination across civil, mechanical, electrical and SCADA disciplines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
• 15‑25 years of relevant experience in utility‑scale renewable energy projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, MBA or supply‑chain qualifications are preferred.
• Proven track record in project, contract, supply‑chain or quality management.

Required skills

• Primavera P6 or MS Project scheduling.

• SCADA / I&C knowledge.
• Wind erection and crane planning (for mechanical roles).
