About the role
We are looking for motivated installers (Monteur/in) specialized in steel construction to join our team. The role involves working on construction sites across central and northern Germany, contributing to the erection of steel structures for a variety of building projects.
Key responsibilities
- Install, assemble and secure steel components on site according to project plans.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers and other trades to ensure smooth progress.
- Maintain safety standards and site cleanliness throughout the installation process.
Required profile
- Experience in steel construction installation or a related trade.
- Willingness to work on‑site in central and northern German locations.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks.
- Reliability and teamwork orientation.
Required skills
- Knowledge of steel erection techniques.
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools used in steel assembly.
