Mobile Test Engineer

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Mobile Test Engineer to join its delivery team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, validating and supporting mobile testing solutions that meet client expectations and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather detailed client requirements and translate them into clear system specifications.
• Estimate effort and provide accurate project estimations to technology leads and project managers.
• Design, develop and maintain automated mobile test frameworks and test scripts.
• Validate mobile applications through functional and non‑functional testing, ensuring high quality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of design principles, architecture fundamentals and performance engineering.
• Familiarity with quality processes, estimation techniques and basic project domain knowledge.
• Ability to convert functional and non‑functional requirements into system requirements.
• Experience designing and coding complex programs and writing comprehensive test cases.
• Good grasp of SDLC, agile methodologies and latest technology trends.
• Logical thinking, problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
