Mobile Application Developer II (Android)

About the role

The Android Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain high‑quality mobile applications using Kotlin and modern Android technologies. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver secure, scalable, and performant solutions that meet user expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and XML UI layouts.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, and QA Engineers to define and implement new features.
• Apply MVVM, Clean Architecture, Android Jetpack components, and dependency injection to produce clean, reusable code.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, sockets, and third‑party SDKs while ensuring secure and efficient communication.
• Optimize performance, memory usage, battery consumption, and resolve crashes, ANRs, and stability issues.
• Implement automated unit and UI tests, conduct code reviews, and follow continuous quality improvement practices.
• Publish and support applications on Google Play, monitor analytics, crash reports, and user feedback for ongoing improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years of professional Android development experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise‑grade Android applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments (preferred).
• Google Android Developer certification or similar credentials are a plus.
