Mobile App Developer (React Native)

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile App Developer to join our team and build high‑quality cross‑platform applications for the TLI product suite. You will work closely with product owners and designers to deliver engaging mobile experiences using modern JavaScript technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain mobile applications with React Native, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Estimate engineering effort, plan implementations and manage rollout of system changes.
• Collaborate on UX/UI design, applying UI/UX principles and using AI‑assisted tools for rapid screen generation.
• Serve as the primary responder for live production incidents and implement monitoring tools.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for build and deployment processes.
• Build and release apps to App Store (TestFlight) and Google Play, handling compliance and store listings.
• Lead weekly code‑review sessions and ensure security best practices (OWASP, credential management).
