Mobile App Developer – React Native

About the role

We are seeking talented Mobile App Developers to design, build, test, and maintain TLI mobile applications for the Indian market. You will work closely with product and design teams to shape the mobile experience and ensure high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain mobile apps using React Native, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Estimate engineering effort and plan implementation/rollout of system changes.
• Collaborate on UX/UI design, leveraging AI tools for rapid screen generation.
• Respond to live production incidents and proactively implement monitoring tools.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for building and deploying apps.
• Build and publish releases to App Store (TestFlight) and Google Play, handling compliance and store listings.
• Lead weekly code‑review meetings and ensure security best practices (OWASP, credential management).
