Mobile App Developer – React Native (India)

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile App Developer to design, build, test and maintain high‑quality mobile applications for the TLI platform. The role focuses on React Native development and requires a strong technical perspective to shape the user experience and support business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain React Native mobile apps using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Estimate engineering effort, plan implementations and manage rollout of system changes.
• Collaborate with product teams to define the mobile experience and produce clear design documentation.
• Implement user‑friendly UI/UX using solid UI/UX principles and AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Lovable, FigmaMake).
• Respond to live production incidents, monitor app health and improve incident awareness.
• Maintain deployment pipelines for App Store (TestFlight) and Google Play, resolve compliance issues and manage store listings.
• Lead weekly code‑review sessions and ensure security best practices (OWASP, credential management).
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends in AI and automation for mobile development.
