Mid-level Full Stack Engineer (React, Python, AWS)

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Full Stack Engineer who will own and manage the entire technical side of our platform. You will work across the front‑end, back‑end, infrastructure and production support, ensuring the system remains reliable and secure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain features across React/TypeScript front‑end and Python/FastAPI back‑end.
• Build and manage infrastructure on AWS using ECS, Docker, CDK and related services.
• Debug production incidents using logs, database queries, AWS tools and code investigation.
• Handle deployments, rollbacks, migrations, environment configuration and release safety.
• Conduct code reviews to guarantee security, reliability, reversibility and test coverage.
• Lead technical planning for new product requirements and identify risks before release.
• Improve system performance, monitoring, reliability and developer workflow.
• Communicate technical decisions clearly to business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
• Extensive experience debugging production systems.
• Comfortable with end‑to‑end system management on AWS and Docker.
• Good judgment around security, data protection and reliability.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts simply.
