Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Trainer

About the role

Beat Educations is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Trainer to design and deliver hands‑on, online training for Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Service modules. You will create practical course materials, mentor learners and help shape certification pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live online instructor‑led training for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service as required).
• Design practical, job‑oriented course content including slides, lab exercises, case studies, assessments, and projects.
• Create and maintain up‑to‑date training materials aligned with the latest D365 releases and real‑world business scenarios.
• Mentor learners, provide feedback on assignments, and support placement‑readiness such as resume review and interview preparation.
• Collaborate with product and content teams to develop certification exams and recorded lessons.
• Measure learner outcomes, collect feedback, and continuously improve course effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience implementing or training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance/SCM preferred).
• Proven experience delivering live online training or corporate workshops.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into practical, role‑based learning.
• Good communication skills in English; Malayalam is a plus.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Experience with Azure, Power Platform, or integrations is beneficial.
