Microsoft 365 & Email Deliverability Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 & Email Deliverability Administrator to support approximately 600 Outlook accounts across several client organisations. The role combines Microsoft 365 administration with email authentication and deliverability management to ensure reliable communication for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online for multiple clients, including user and mailbox creation, license assignment, and basic troubleshooting.
• Configure and monitor SPF, DKIM, DMARC and related DNS records for client domains to maintain strong sender reputation.
• Track email reputation, bounce rates and spam flags, unblock and restore accounts, and apply best‑practice deliverability measures.
• Purchase, add and verify custom domains in Microsoft 365 tenants and coordinate technical setup with vendors or resellers.
• Document configurations, standard operating procedures and deliverability management processes.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Exchange Online administration.
• Practical knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC and DNS management for multiple domains.
• Understanding of email deliverability concepts and sender reputation.
• Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate; remote work within India may be considered.
