About the role
OSI Digital is seeking a Senior Windows Server Administrator with deep expertise in Windows infrastructure, AWS, SCCM and VMware ESXi. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation and high security of the company’s core Windows systems while supporting a 24/7 environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze, administer and support Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022/2025).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot server issues, responding to end‑user requests via the ticketing system.
- Coordinate application changes through a formal Change Request process.
- Research and implement solutions for complex technical problems.
- Collaborate with vendors and other IT groups during outages or performance incidents.
Required skills
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows Server operating systems.
- Windows OS patching using SCCM.
- VMware ESXi patching, RDM LUN management and resource allocation.
- Monitoring of system performance, security and availability.
- Remote data‑center support and troubleshooting.
- Experience with AWS services.
