MERN Stack Developer

About the role

Mitra Learn Pvt. Ltd., an EdTech and HRTech company, is looking for a MERN Stack Developer to build and maintain web applications for its digital learning and workforce management solutions. The role is full‑time, based in its Bangalore office, and suitable for freshers or candidates with up to three years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Design and implement backend services, APIs, and application logic.
• Work with MongoDB for database design, data management, and integration.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and services as required.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and perform debugging, testing, and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product teams using Git/GitHub for version control.
• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot applications, leveraging AI‑assisted development tools when appropriate.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience; freshers with strong MERN projects or internships are welcome.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Bangalore office.
• Basic portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing relevant development work.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

What we offer

• Salary range ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
