MERN Stack Developer (3-5 years)

About the role

We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer with 3‑5 years of experience to design, develop and maintain scalable web applications. The role involves working directly with client teams in a hybrid setting, taking ownership of development tasks and collaborating across a distributed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Develop responsive front‑end interfaces with React.
• Manage MongoDB databases, including data backfills with Ferry and integration of collections into Metabase.
• Monitor and optimise high‑traffic Metabase queries for performance.
• Ensure seamless integration across the full MERN stack and adhere to agile development practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience in full‑stack JavaScript development.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and an ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
