Merchandising Marketing Associate

About the role

Join Driscoll's as a Merchandising Marketing Associate and help shape the in‑store experience for shoppers. Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, you will develop and execute customer‑focused merchandising strategies that bring the brand to life on the shelf.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in rolling out retail merchandising plans, creating presentations and coordinating with Marketing, Sales, Category Management and vendor partners.
• Analyze sales data, in‑store conditions and competitor activity to uncover merchandising opportunities and generate actionable insights.
• Design and maintain planograms using dedicated software to optimize shelf space, improve product visibility and align with strategic goals.
• Support the creation and upkeep of account‑specific retail playbooks that outline best practices for placement, competitive positioning and seasonal execution.
• Monitor the performance of merchandising initiatives, produce ROI reports and recommend continuous improvements.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on priorities.
• Manage distribution of brand assets to retail customers through third‑party print and distribution vendors.
• Assist with program execution for new product launches, distribution gains and shopper marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0‑3 years of experience in merchandising, retail marketing or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with planogram software.
