About the role
The Civil Execution (MEP) function is responsible for the execution, monitoring and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, method statements, project specifications and EHS requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Execute, monitor, and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works in compliance with approved drawings, method statements, project specifications, and EHS requirements.
- Plan and monitor installation activities, ensuring availability of materials and resources.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and finishing teams.
- Verify line, level, routing, and installation quality.
- Support testing and commissioning activities.
- Resolve site execution constraints.
- Monitor productivity.
- Verify executed quantities.
- Maintain execution records.
- Ensure timely completion of MEP works in accordance with project schedules, quality standards, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations.
