MEP Design Engineer – Global Engineering Services

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled MEP Design Engineer/Manager to lead the design and engineering of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for commercial, residential and mixed‑use projects. The role combines design leadership, technical excellence and cross‑disciplinary coordination to deliver world‑class engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end MEP design from concept through detailed engineering and construction documentation.
• Develop, review and approve design drawings, technical specifications and engineering documentation for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and extra‑low‑voltage systems.
• Perform advanced load calculations, equipment sizing and system optimisation across all disciplines.
• Create single‑line diagrams, schematic layouts, riser diagrams and detailed construction drawings.
• Design HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, and conduct psychrometric and heat‑load analysis.
• Design water supply, drainage, sewage, treatment plants and rainwater harvesting systems.
• Design fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA and Indian standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and champion energy‑efficiency and sustainability strategies.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in MEP design for large‑scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, UPC, Indian Standards).
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage design documentation.
