Member of Technical Staff - II (Software Development)

About the role

Join AVEVA’s R&D team in Hyderabad as a Member of Technical Staff – II, developing .NET desktop applications within an Agile environment. You will collaborate with product owners, stakeholders and a Scrum team to translate requirements into high‑quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Product Owner, stakeholders and the Scrum Team to understand, define and implement solution requirements.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives and reviews.
• Ensure code is fully reviewed, unit‑tested, documented and delivered to agreed quality standards.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of hands‑on software development experience.
• BE/BTech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or related field.
• Proven expertise in developing .NET desktop applications, especially using C#.
• Experience with WinForms or WPF development.
• Strong knowledge of advanced OOP concepts and design patterns.
• Familiarity with unit‑testing frameworks such as MSTest or NUnit.
• Experience working with Azure, Git and Agile methodologies.
