Medical Affairs Manager – Oncology & Haematology (Emerging Markets)

About the role

The Medical Affairs Manager will lead scientific and medical activities for oncology and haematology brands across Emerging Markets. The role focuses on driving launch excellence, translating clinical and real‑world evidence into value narratives, and supporting market access through health‑economic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new product launch excellence for oncology and haematology portfolios in Emerging Markets.
• Develop and communicate scientific value propositions based on clinical data and real‑world evidence.
• Organise and deliver high‑impact scientific engagements such as international speaker programs, webinars, advisory boards and KOL visits.
• Provide guidance to country teams on real‑world evidence generation and pharmacoeconomic/HEOR planning.
• Ensure compliant creation and approval of scientific and promotional materials in line with internal processes and local regulations.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) in a relevant life‑science discipline.
• Significant experience in medical affairs within oncology or haematology, preferably in emerging markets.
• Strong understanding of clinical research, real‑world evidence and health‑economic assessments.
• Proven ability to engage with key opinion leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering compliant scientific content.
