About the role
We are seeking a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate to join our foundry operations team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience with casting, molding, and melting processes in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in day‑to‑day foundry production and process control activities.
- Support quality inspection, defect analysis, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain quality standards on the shop floor.
Required profile
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; basic knowledge of foundry processes is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor.
Required skills
- Basic mechanical engineering knowledge.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
