About the role
OMS Software is looking for a domain expert with hands-on experience in mechanical and/or chemical testing laboratories to help shape its software for accredited testing labs. The role works directly with the engineering and product teams to validate test record workflows, ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and reflect how testing actually happens on the lab floor.
Key responsibilities
- Validate OMS test record templates against real mechanical and chemical test method requirements
- Support customer demos and onboarding sessions for ISO/IEC 17025 accredited testing laboratories
- Review NABL and ISO/IEC 17025 compliance workflows from a practitioner's perspective
- Contribute to acceptance criteria setup, method-specific report formats and product documentation
- Act as the internal subject matter expert for mechanical and chemical testing product decisions
- Assist the sales and pre-sales team in technical conversations with testing lab buyers
