Project Manager
OMS Software · Bengaluru
Job description
About the role
OMS Software is looking for a Project Manager in Bengaluru to coordinate delivery across Engineering, QA, Domain and Customer Success. The labs it serves run on fixed NABL assessment timelines, so a slipped release is an audit risk for clients. The role owns sprint planning, release schedules and stakeholder communication so the team ships reliably.
Key responsibilities
- Own sprint planning, backlog grooming and release scheduling across OMS product workstreams
- Coordinate dependencies between Engineering, QA, Domain Experts and Customer Success teams
- Maintain project plans, risk registers and change logs, and communicate status clearly to leadership
- Run daily standups, sprint reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
- Track and escalate blockers early, and manage scope creep and change requests with rigour
- Liaise with Customer Success on client onboarding timelines and deployment schedules
- Produce weekly delivery reports for senior management and, where required, client-facing project updates
