About the role

We are seeking qualified MBBS doctors to join a growing healthcare facility in Andheri East, Mumbai. This position offers an entrepreneurial practice model where earnings are based on patient consultations and revenue generated, rather than a fixed salary.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct OPD consultations and diagnose patients.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatment plans.
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation.
• Provide preventive healthcare counselling.
• Refer patients to specialists when required.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver high‑quality patient care and build long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid NMC/State Medical Council registration.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient‑management abilities.
• Ethical, compassionate, and patient‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) handling.
