Material Resource Planner

About the role

As a Material Resource Planner you will ensure that raw and packaging materials are available to meet production plans while controlling working capital and minimizing waste. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Create an optimized 18‑month replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials.
• Monitor supply signals through MRP purchase requisitions, verify delivery dates, lead times and quantities.
• Generate purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on‑time fulfillment.
• Manage supplier interactions, including order confirmation, receipt, error investigation, claims handling and exception resolution.
• Define stock policies for each SKU and identify practical supply‑demand issues.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and involve them in supply‑chain improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• B.Tech degree.
• MBA with a focus on Supply Chain & Operations.
• 3‑5 years of experience in MRP within food processing, FMCG, FMCD, beverage or beauty industries.
