About the role

Anudip Foundation is seeking a Master Trainer – AI to design and deliver high‑impact training programs for teachers and trainers across Uttar Pradesh. The role focuses on applying adult learning principles, instructional design, and technology‑enabled delivery to build AI competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate AI training sessions, both virtual and in‑person, using proven instructional design models.
• Conduct needs‑assessment interviews and consultative analyses to tailor training content.
• Create outcome‑based learning objectives, stories, analogies, and inclusive learning environments.
• Utilize LMS tools to track learner progress and generate performance reports.
• Leverage online meeting platforms (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Skype) to run day‑long virtual sessions, employing breakout rooms, polls, and whiteboards.
• Assess training effectiveness, align outcomes with business goals, and provide coaching feedback.
• Mentor trainers and teachers through Train‑the‑Trainer (TTT) programs.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 2–3 years experience delivering TTT programs for educators; corporate training exposure is a plus.
• 1–3 years experience conducting online training using advanced platform features.
• Certification in a TTT program is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Advanced use of Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, or Skype for virtual training.
• Experience with virtual classroom tools such as breakout rooms, polls, and whiteboards.
