About the role
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Teacher to support primary and elementary learners at Manthan International School. The role involves creating engaging lesson plans, delivering instruction, and monitoring student progress while upholding the ISP Principles that prioritize student wellbeing, safety, respect, operational effectiveness, financial responsibility, and continuous learning. You will work closely with experienced teachers and collaborate with parents to foster a supportive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create and implement lesson plans and activities for primary/elementary students.
- Deliver engaging and effective instruction.
- Assess and monitor student learning and progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
Required profile
- Degree in education or a related field.
- Teaching certification.
- Experience in primary/elementary education.
Required skills
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to engage and motivate young students.
