Marketing Manager – Wearables (APAC)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the wearables portfolio across the APAC region. You will own the market strategy, drive integrated go‑to‑market plans, and provide end‑to‑end creative and media leadership to fuel category growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define multi‑quarter APAC market strategy, audience segmentation, channel roles and investment priorities.
• Lead end‑to‑end GTM launches and peak moments, ensuring readiness, messaging alignment and cross‑functional governance.
• Set creative strategy, write briefs and guide external agencies to deliver high‑impact creative across channels.
• Own APAC media strategy and budget, partner with agencies to plan, launch, measure and optimise campaigns.
• Collaborate with Retail and Sales/Partnerships to drive in‑store experiences and co‑marketing programmes.
• Run operating rhythms, monitor business health signals and surface risks, driving mitigation plans and escalations.
• Manage budget pacing, scenario modelling and ROI‑focused prioritisation across all programmes.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in integrated, product or brand marketing within consumer tech or devices.
• Proven ownership of market‑level strategy and execution across APAC markets.
• Demonstrated experience managing media strategy, budgets and performance optimisation.
• Strong creative briefing and agency leadership track record.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
