Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that support business objectives and reinforce the brand’s premium positioning. Reporting to senior management, the role oversees brand, lead generation, digital, and event initiatives across both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement marketing and branding strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital and offline platforms.
• Plan, launch and monitor lead‑generation campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other channels, tracking CPL, quality, conversions and ROI.
• Own the creation and maintenance of all marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, videos, social media creatives and standees.
• Manage the corporate website with external agencies, oversee SEO activities, keyword strategy, rankings and organic lead flow.
• Coordinate participation in industry events, exhibitions and expos, handling branding, stalls, giveaways and post‑event lead tracking.
• Oversee agency and vendor relationships for creative, digital, PR, production and event services, ensuring timely delivery.
• Drive social media content planning for Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms, aligning with the premium brand image.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing plans, budgets, performance trackers and MIS reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a marketing/advertising/branding agency.
• Background in luxury, interiors, architecture, real estate, lifestyle or other premium brands.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑channel campaigns and cross‑functional teams.
