Marketing Manager

About the role

Chaileela is expanding its portfolio and needs a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the launch and early growth of its new brand, Suchitam. You will own the full marketing mix, blending digital, social, influencer, PR and offline tactics to build brand awareness across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Suchitam’s complete marketing strategy, covering digital, social, influencer, PR and offline channels.
• Design and manage the brand calendar from launch through the early growth phase.
• Collaborate with Chaileela’s Marketing Manager on joint campaigns, shared resources and cross‑brand initiatives.
• Oversee agency, influencer and media vendor relationships for both brands.
• Track performance metrics, generate actionable insights and report to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to produce content and assets.
• Drive visibility and awareness campaigns for Suchitam on NH‑44 and key feeder markets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within F&B, hospitality or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing and content strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple brands or workstreams simultaneously.
• Data‑driven mindset: measure results, optimise spend and build budget cases.
• Bonus: experience in restaurant/QSR marketing, a network of food influencers in North India, or prior work in an early‑stage, founder‑led brand.
