Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will independently lead a variety of aircraft and services campaign cases for Airbus in India. Reporting to the regional marketing leadership, you will shape campaign strategy, drive proactive planning and ensure alignment with customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end campaign strategies, including product pitch frameworks that highlight Airbus fleet fit.
• Anticipate and plan campaign activities, coordinating resources and sharing plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and grow relationships with airline customers, delivering marketing arguments through presentations, documents and value‑selling discussions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial Account Directors and Services Sales Directors to align on strategy and opportunity plans.
• Provide regular internal reports, Salesforce event updates, opportunity plans and feedback to regional marketing directors.
• Contribute market insights to product and services strategy development through surveys and feedback loops.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing complex marketing campaigns within the aerospace or related high‑tech sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate customer data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with senior airline customers and internal teams.
• Commitment to compliance, integrity and sustainable business growth.
