Marketing Manager – AI Products & Digital Growth

About the role

Web Spiders Group seeks a driven Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end marketing initiatives that boost brand visibility, generate leads, acquire customers, and drive adoption of AI‑focused products across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals for Web Spiders, SpiderX AI and related offerings.
• Lead demand‑generation campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, webinars and marketing automation platforms.
• Design and run ABM programs targeting enterprise decision‑makers and manage performance‑marketing on Google, LinkedIn and Meta.
• Plan product launches, create sales enablement collateral and translate technical features into compelling value propositions.
• Own digital presence, produce high‑quality AI‑focused content, and optimise website traffic and conversion rates.
• Organise webinars, virtual events, industry conferences and build partnerships with media, analysts and technology partners.
• Define and track KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI) and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of B2B SaaS, technology or digital marketing experience.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate with sales, product and customer‑success teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring funnel metrics and ROI.
