Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

Parsi Dairy Farm Private Limited is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive (or Senior Marketing Executive) to support brand and campaign initiatives across digital, in‑store and on‑ground channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand communication and drive consumer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches and seasonal promotions.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end execution across digital, in‑store and on‑ground marketing initiatives.
• Manage social media calendars, content planning, shoots and daily coordination with creators or agencies.
• Track basic performance metrics, compile weekly/monthly reports and share insights.
• Liaise with creative agencies, photographers, videographers, influencers and printing vendors to ensure timelines, deliverables and budgets are met.
• Assist with in‑store branding, POS materials, retail visibility, events, pop‑ups and experiential marketing.
• Monitor consumer behaviour, category trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (BMM/BMS or equivalent).
• 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, hospitality, F&B or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
• Highly organized with excellent execution and follow‑through skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with internal and external partners.

Required skills

• Google Drive / Google Suite / Google Workspaces.
• Canva.
• AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• VN Editor or equivalent quick video‑editing applications.
• Social media platform management.
