Marketing & Community Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Community Executive to own the execution of client campaigns, engineering contests, community outreach, and offline initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns run on schedule, participants stay engaged, and sponsors receive a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end tracking of multiple client campaigns, maintaining timelines, checklists and deliverable trackers.
• Work closely with content, design, video and engineering teams to guarantee timely delivery of all assets.
• Prepare weekly status reports for clients and flag risks early when deliverables are delayed.
• Drive registrations and participation for design contests, follow up with participants, keep them engaged, and manage judging and prize distribution.
• Build relationships with colleges, IEEE student branches, maker communities and incubators; manage micro‑influencers and community partners.
• Support webinars, workshops and offline events, helping to expand CircuitDigest’s offline presence in South India.
• Track campaign performance and participation numbers, maintaining clean documentation and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in marketing, operations, community management, events or campaign coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Confident speaking with people over phone and email; self‑driven, detail‑oriented and proactive in follow‑up.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Canva, Notion and Trello.
• Basic understanding of social media and influencer coordination.
