Marketing Associate – Social Media & Influencer Coordination

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Marketing Associate to support our digital marketing initiatives. The role focuses on managing daily social media activity, coordinating influencer collaborations, and assisting with broader marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule daily Instagram posts, stories, and reels according to the monthly content calendar.
• Research emerging social media trends, formats, and creative ideas to keep content fresh.
• Coordinate collaborations with influencers and creators, managing timelines and deliverables.
• Track campaign progress, ensure deadlines are met, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and brand activities.

Required profile

• 1.5–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram features such as reels and stories.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with a proactive approach.
