Marketing Associate

About the role

Own the execution of marketing campaigns that strengthen TravClan's brand, engage its travel‑agent community and contribute to measurable business growth. This is a hands‑on position where ideas are turned into campaigns, content and on‑ground execution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, community, email, social and offline channels with clear objectives and timelines.
• Build and engage the travel‑agent community through relevant communication, campaigns and initiatives that improve participation and retention.
• Create campaign briefs and work directly with content/design resources to deliver mailers, social posts, landing‑page copy, flyers and other collateral.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Operations teams to translate business priorities into focused marketing initiatives.
• Use email/CRM, social publishing and web/campaign analytics tools to track performance and convert insights into better campaigns.
• Monitor customer trends, competitor communication and market developments to identify actionable content opportunities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• Proven track record of executing campaigns across content, digital, community or customer engagement with measurable results.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and disciplined execution.
• Ability to launch end‑to‑end campaigns, use data to improve acquisition or retention, and manage multiple initiatives independently.
